In parallel, Kosuke has created, offered and managed natural and outdoor activity programs and also educational programs of Japanese local cultures especially for children. Has also a Has a great deal of experience supporting and organizing outdoor sports events. A licensed lifesaver and a certified schoolteacher.

With experiences in global human resource management; recruitment activities and talent development, supply chain management and Administration and finance; Credit & collection and treasury. Completed MBA from Portland State University. (International Management / International Business Management). Lives and works in Nagano prefecture. Jane moved to Japan after being a university instructor at Cagayan State University (mainly in charge of journalism and English study, and English language curriculums for international students). Instructed Global Business Skill and Business English programs for Global Leaders at the Business Breakthrough University MBA Course, Business English & Communication Skill Trainer for Major Companies, Private & Public Kindergartens, and many more English lecturers for children at elementary school. Graduated from the University of the Philippines (Baguio), Major in Journalism and Communication. What Jane is keen about now is practicing kanji.
